Supasheets integrates with Google services to provide its functionality:

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Access to your data is strictly controlled and limited to providing our services.
• We use secure authentication and authorization mechanisms to protect your account and data.

• All content, trademarks, and technology in Supasheets are the property of Mitryco, LLC.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of our service without prior written consent.
• You retain ownership of your Google Sheets data and any content you create or modify through our service.
• Our AI-generated responses and suggestions are provided as-is for your use within the platform.

• Supasheets is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Mitryco, LLC is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or unintended modifications to your Google Sheets.
• AI-generated responses may contain errors; you should review all changes before applying them.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mitryco, LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of Supasheets.
• We recommend backing up important spreadsheets before making significant changes.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Supasheets at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted with the updated Effective Date. Your continued use of Supasheets constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
